Latest News in Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Affairs)

The University of Nairobi will be one of the 35 universities from the Eastern Africa Region that will participate in the games to be hosted by JKUAT. The games begin on the 16th to the 21st December 2016. the weeklong activity is expected to attrack over 4,000 participants in 18 disciplines.

The UoN rugby team Mean Machine won the Plate in the Kings of Rugby tournament held in Egerton University on the 21st of October 2016. Machine thrashed USIU 14-5 in the final to own the Plate.

The University of Nairobi was represented in the Kenyatta University open by the indoor teams only. These teams held the UoN name high by coming out victorious in various
disciplines.

The UoN Chess Men and Women  came out on top of  their event. The Ladies Badminton team was he 1st runners up, while the Men Lawn Tennis team took the same position.
